The table below shows how the various types of microlight are described in different parts of Section 10. These are all different, completely illogical, and a source of considerable confusion. Would it not be more sensible to rationalise aircraft description right across the document?
The two right hand columns ("A" and "B") contain 2 different possibilities, there are many others, all of which must be better than what we have at the moment.....
Presently this is not included in the UK agenda proposals for CIMA '99. Should it be? Comment to Richard Meredith-Hardy.
