Synopsis Everest 0324--0328 summit level

Jet:
A westerly jet will be situated over ME  at first with core mainly north
of  the mountain. The Jet is weakening and in the end of the period the
core will be situated south of ME.

Summit:
9000 m: West 30-40 m/s. At the end of the period decreasing to 25 m/s.
7500 m: West 20-28 m/s. At the end of the period decreasing to 10-15
m/s.

Weather:
A minor ridge over northeastern India-Nepal-Tibet will give mainly dry
conditions over ME at start, the ridge is moving slowly to the south. An
upper circulation over Pakistan is slowly moving eastwards and is at the
same time weakening. This will cause some local showers over ME-area.
