Welcome to the information site for the World Air Games PPG Test competition 2000.

This will take the form of a 4 day competition at the WAG microlight site at Beas de Segura, Spain, from Wednesday 28 June - Sunday 2nd July 2000.

The competition will be in the form of an "open" Spanish National championships. Pilots from all nations are welcome but the final pilot classification will be an important indicator for the selection of the Spanish team to compete at the European Championships, 12 - 27 August, at Levroux, Nr. Chateauroux, Central France.

Competition director: Richard Meredith-Hardy. Competition Director of '97, '98 and 2000 UK National championships, the PPG championships at WAG 1997, Turkey, 1998 World Cup and 1999 World Championships in Hungary and programmed to be director of 2001 WAG.

All PPG and PHG pilots are invited to come and fly at the event even if they do not wish to compete. (There may be some flying restrictions while some tasks are taking place).

Maps: Excellent 1:50:000 maps will be provided.

Cameras: Pilots should be prepared to take turn point photos.
