EMC 2010 Intranet mirror: WL2 task 3 error

WL2 Task 3 was made official on 10 August 2010, 09:54

It has come to my attention that the adjustment caused by the complaint of 9 Aug 2010 10:54 BST concerning Viktor Wyklicky GER No. 230 and accepted by the director at 9 Aug 2010 19:39 BST was not included in these scores.

Furthermore, the exact same error of putting elapsed times on the declaration rather than BST time was made in the same task by competitor Laurie HURMAN GBR No. 208.

If the director accepted one set of declared elapsed times, it seems only fair that the other set should also be accepted as the circumstances are identical even though there was not a complaint.

The scores for both competitor 230 and 208 have therefore been amended and the scores for this task reverted to provisional with the normal complaints deadline at the bottom of the score sheet.

Many apologies for any confusion this has caused.
