About viewing the Chinese language site

If you see something like
????????????????????????????????????
rather than

on the Chinese language home page then more than likely you don't have a font containing Chinese characters installed.

There is quite a simple remedy to this; all you have to do is install the Arial Unicode MS font on your computer which contains 38,917 characters from a large number of different writing systems.

This font should be included in the standard install for Microsoft Windows XP and Vista, otherwise it is available on any Microsoft Office disk from 2002 onwards, you may also find it by searching for ARIALUNI.TTF
