Class PF1 Task 99: Example of another complaint
Submitted 29 Jun 2009 19:41 CET by Richard Meredith-Hardy GBR

The team leader or pilot describes his complaint here. The intranet records precisely when the complaint was submitted so its validity can be checked against the complaints deadline stated in the current scores for the task.

Director's response

Denied at 29 Jun 2009 19:52 CET

In this case the complaint was denied by the director.

Unless the complaint was invalid (for example the complaint was made after the complaints deadline, and that will be stated here), the complainant now has two options:

1) Can accept the complaint was denied.

2) Can wait until the scores become official when the complainant can make a protest. The protest must be submitted to the Competition Director in writing by hand together with the protest fee stated in the local regulations and within the protests deadline which is stated on the score sheet. The protest will be then passed to the International Jury for consideration.
