Because of the change of weather conditions on the course before the last turnpoint IP3 pilot Pavel Brezina competition number 8. He could not reach that point IP3 at all because of wind which was stronger then the paraglider was constructed for at the moment (pilot´s estimate 15m/s). Pilot tried to fly in different flying levels but the wind was strong in any levels and other flying was extremely dangerous (can be checked on logger). The order number was set before, pilot could not decide when to fly, and the average speed was chosen according to the forecasted wind.
So we request not to count the last gate IP3 and the leg from IP3 to AF4 of the course.
Thank you for your answer.

In task 9, all aircraft in class PF1 were assigned IP2 times between 08:04 and 09:50 in reverse championship order. You were therefore flying in the same conditions as your nearest competitors; thus conditions were as fair as they could have been for all competitors.
